A Residential Energy Efficiency Course for Real Estate Agents
Elevate your professional practice by enhancing your knowledge of energy efficient homes, allowing you to better serve your buyers and sellers.
Join us for this one-day course to learn the benefits of energy efficient homes. The program will outline best-practices on energy efficiency measures and their benefits, offer insight into current energy codes and incentive programs in Saskatchewan, and provide tools to help your clients buy and sell energy efficient homes.

The cost for registration is $20, and Participants have the option to join this course in-person at the North Service Centre in Saskatoon (1705 McKercher Drive), or online. Lunch and snacks will be provided for those joining in-person. Participants that join online will be sent a link to join the session live after they register.

Participants will receive a digital badge upon completion of the training and will be provided with a resource toolkit to apply to their professional practice.
The course will be provided by Airtight Engineering, in partnership with the City of Saskatoon and the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association.
Airtight Engineering is a Saskatchewan-based consulting firm that specializes in energy efficient building design and building science training and has been involved in the design of some of the most energy-efficient buildings in the province. Airtight Engineering’s instructors are passionate about energy efficiency and creating homes that are sustainable, resilient, affordable, comfortable, and healthy.
